Application Scenarios:

Food Grade: Primarily used as an anti-caking agent (leaking agent), moisture retainer, acidity regulator, and nutritional fortifier.

1. Anti-caking agent for powdered foods: Widely used in milk powder, coffee creamer (non-dairy creamer), solid beverage powder, soup mix powder, sugar powder, salt, and baking premixes. Tricalcium phosphate particles are extremely fine and have a microporous structure. When coated on the surface of other food powders, they can block moisture while absorbing trace amounts of ambient moisture, thus preventing the solid powder from absorbing moisture, collapsing, and clumping during its shelf life, maintaining excellent free flowability.

2. Calcium nutritional fortifier: As a dietary calcium source in food and health products. Widely added to high-calcium milk powder, infant formula, breakfast cereals, various nutritional cereals, and pet food to help with the development of bones and teeth in humans and animals.

3. Toothpaste abrasive: In the daily chemical industry, it is a mild abrasive in high-end toothpaste. Because its hardness is close to that of tooth enamel, it effectively removes dirt and plaque from the tooth surface without damaging the enamel.
