Tricine CAS 5704-4-1

It is an amphoteric ionic buffer reagent with a name derived from Tris and glycine, similar in structure to Tris, Chemicalbook but with weaker inhibitory properties than Tris at high concentrations, and one of the Good's buffer reagents, originally developed to provide a buffer system for chloroplast reactions.
