tert-Butyl acrylate is an extremely important basic chemical raw material and intermediate. Due to its unique and highly reactive polar molecules, unsaturated double bonds, and carboxylate (-COOR) structure, it can be used to derive numerous polymer formulations with excellent properties. Through processing methods such as emulsion polymerization, solution polymerization, and copolymerization, it can be prepared into plastics, cross-linked polymers, and other forms. Its polymers exhibit strong adhesion, high transparency, and clear film formation, granting it immense potential for modifying diverse chemicals. It finds increasingly widespread applications in coatings, paper manufacturing, nonwoven fabrics, superabsorbent polymers, detergents, synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber, plastics, leather, and adhesives.
Higher main content and lower impurity levels; batch-to-batch stability; better solubility, particle size, and flowability, facilitating downstream processes.
Quality system advantages:
Certification list - ISO 9001, REACH registration number, FDA, Kosher, Halal; each batch comes with a COA, supporting third-party testing (SGS, etc.); full traceability.
Supply chain advantages:
Own factory/integrated production; annual production capacity is at full capacity, with plans to expand production; some stock is available for immediate delivery; delivery time is clear.
