Industrial Grade:
1. Industrial Cleaning and Solid High-Concentration Detergents: Because anhydrous sodium phosphate does not release water of crystallization in its solid state, it is an ideal raw material for manufacturing many powdered and block-shaped strong acidic detergents, effectively preventing products from absorbing moisture, collapsing, or caking during shelf life.
2. High-Concentration Acidic Detergent Formulations: Widely used in automatic dishwasher blocks (washer bricks), heavy-duty industrial cleaners, and acidic cleaners for washing machine tubs. It chemically complexes with calcium and magnesium ions in water, effectively softening hard water and dispersing dirt.
3. Boiler and Heat Exchanger Chemical Cleaning: Industrial boilers and central air conditioning pipe networks develop sulfate or carbonate scale buildup after a period of operation. Anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate's mild acidity gently chemically peels, disperses, and cleans scale, and is safer and less corrosive to equipment than strong inorganic acids (such as hydrochloric acid).
4. Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Additive: In fire-retardant coatings for certain polymer plastics, synthetic rubbers, or special woods, it promotes carbonization and oxygen barrier on the substrate surface, thus acting as a flame retardant.
Food Grade: Primarily used as a quality improver, acidity regulator (buffer), and water-retaining leavening agent.
1. Anti-caking and stabilizing agent for solid powder foods: Widely used in powdered beverages (such as instant milk tea, fruit juice powder), convenient seasoning packets, solid soup mixes, etc. The anhydrous form exhibits extremely high performance throughout its shelf life, does not release free water causing clumping of surrounding powder, and maintains perfect free flowability of the powder.
2. Quick-acting acidic leavening agent in the baking industry: In cakes, bread, biscuits, baking powder, and baking mixes, as an acidic salt, it reacts chemically with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) under specific temperature and moisture conditions, steadily and efficiently releasing carbon dioxide gas, making the texture more fluffy and juicy.
3. Stabilizing and anti-caking agent for dairy products and beverages: Added to flavored milk, evaporated milk, and high-end dairy beverages. It can adjust the emulsion to the most stable slightly acidic range, preventing the protein (casein) in milk from denaturing, coagulating, and separating due to pH fluctuations during ultra-high temperature sterilization (UHT) or long-term storage.
