Industrial Grade:
1. High-grade heavy-duty liquid laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid: Potassium pyrophosphate dissolves perfectly in the concentrate and acts as a powerful builder during washing. It effectively chelates calcium and magnesium hardness ions in tap water, preventing dirt on clothes from combining with hard water and depositing again on the fabric. Simultaneously, its highly alkaline physicochemical properties emulsify and disperse grease, significantly enhancing the detergency of surfactants.
2. Industrial and public facility cleaning agents: Used to formulate high-efficiency liquid cleaning agents for train, airplane, and automobile exteriors, as well as cleaning agents for heavily oiled pipes in hotels and boiler systems.
Electroplating Grade:
1. Core complexing agent for copper, zinc, and gold plating with pyrophosphate: Potassium pyrophosphate releases pyrophosphate ions in water, which can form extremely stable pyrophosphate complexes with copper ions (combined with copper pyrophosphate), zinc ions, etc. This complex plating solution is not only completely non-toxic and environmentally friendly, but also possesses amazing deep plating capabilities (dispersion ability). It allows metal ions to be deposited extremely uniformly in the grooves, dead corners, and micro-blind holes of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in extremely complex hardware components (such as car wheel hubs and high-end locks), resulting in a dense, bright coating with excellent adhesion.
2. Chemical polishing and passivation after pickling of metal surfaces: Adjusting the pH in stainless steel or aluminum alloy polishing solutions induces the formation of a microscopic anti-rust protective film on the metal surface after cleaning.
Food grade: Primarily used as a texture modifier, emulsifying chelating agent, water-retaining agent, and quality improver.
1. Water retention in low-sodium meat products and seafood (healthy diet): Potassium pyrophosphate provides the same or even better dissociation of muscle protein and improves the water-holding capacity of meat (making ham, meatballs, and shrimp tender and juicy) without introducing sodium ions, instead supplementing the body with beneficial potassium.
2. Emulsification and stabilization of cheese and dairy products: Used as an emulsifying salt during cheese processing to prevent fat precipitation during heating, resulting in a smooth cheese texture. It can also stabilize soy protein and milk protein, preventing liquid beverages from separating.
3. Noodle product improver: Added to instant noodles and udon noodles, it improves the gelatinization of the dough, making cooked noodles more elastic and shiny, and less prone to breaking after cooking.
