Application Scenarios:

Agricultural Grade:


1. High-efficiency foliar spray: It is absorbed extremely quickly (entering the plant through leaf stomata within hours of application). Widely used in field crops such as wheat, rice, and corn, as well as fruits and vegetables such as citrus, apples, grapes, and tomatoes. Used in the mid-to-late stages of crop growth, it significantly promotes flower bud differentiation (preserving flowers and fruits), accelerates fruit enlargement and coloring (enhancing sweetness and quality), promotes root development, and significantly improves the crop's resistance to cold, drought, lodging, and hot, dry winds.


2. High-grade fertigation and soilless cultivation: It is a core raw material for preparing liquid fertilizers, drip irrigation systems, and nutrient solutions for soilless cultivation in greenhouses. It is 100% water-soluble and free of impurities, and will absolutely not clog micro-sprinklers or drip irrigation pipes.


Food Grade: Primarily used as a quality improver, acidity regulator, water-retaining agent, and fermentation aid.


1. High-Quality Acidic Leavening Agent in the Baking Industry: In baked goods such as bread, biscuits, and cakes, its slightly acidic nature makes it a common acidic buffer in leavening agents. It reacts smoothly with baking soda to produce carbon dioxide, resulting in a uniform texture and a fluffy consistency.


2. Anti-Glathering Stabilizer in Dairy Products and Beverages: Used in formulated milk, evaporated milk, high-end dairy beverages, and coffee creamer. It regulates the pH of the emulsion, stabilizes proteins in milk, and prevents denaturation, aggregation, and separation of dairy products due to acidity fluctuations during ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization or shelf life.


3. Brewing and Fermentation Industry (Leftover Agent): In the brewing (beer, wine) and monosodium glutamate (MSG) and yeast industries, it serves as a nutrient fortifier for microbial growth and development and a pH buffer for fermentation media.
