Application Scenarios:

Food Grade: Acidity Regulators (Buffers), Emulsifiers and Thickeners, Stabilizers, and Dietary Enhancers

1. "Anti-acid Coagulant" for Non-dairy Creamer and Coffee Creamer: Adding anhydrous dipotassium hydrogen phosphate to coffee creamer (non-dairy creamer), milk tea powder, and instant solid beverages perfectly buffers the acidity of coffee, locks in proteins, and ensures uniform dissolution, resulting in a smooth and delicate texture. The anhydrous nature prevents the creamer powder from absorbing moisture and clumping inside the packaging.

2. Stabilizer for High-Grade Dairy Products and Condensed Milk: Used in evaporated milk, condensed milk, and dairy beverages to prevent milk proteins from coagulating, separating, or floating during high-temperature sterilization or long shelf life.

3. Low-Sodium Meat Products and Baked Goods: In health foods promoting "reduced salt and low sodium" (such as low-sodium ham, sausages, and processed cheeses), it replaces traditional sodium salts as a water-retaining agent and emulsifying salt; in baking, it acts as a dough conditioner and alkaline buffer.

Industrial Grade:

1. Water Treatment Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor: Used as a buffer and corrosion inhibitor in chilled brine and circulating cooling water systems. It induces a dense phosphate protective film on the surface of metal pipes, isolating dissolved oxygen and preventing chemical pitting.

2. Antifreeze Corrosion and Rust Inhibitor: Widely added to automotive engine glycol antifreeze. Because antifreeze slowly oxidizes and produces acid that corrodes the water tank during long-term operation at high temperatures, adding anhydrous dipotassium hydroxide as a pH buffer neutralizes acidic substances and protects automotive metal parts such as aluminum, copper, and iron from corrosion.

3. Pulp Bleaching and Specialty Ceramics: Used as a slip agent and buffer in the paper industry for printing, dyeing, and bleaching; and as a flux in specialty ceramics and bone china.
