1.Performance and use:
It contains 81.8+19 per cent of polyoxyethylene. POLOXAM is soluble in water or ethanol, soluble in anhydrous ethanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, almost insoluble in ether or petroleum ether, with a certain foaming property. pH value of 2.5% aqueous solution is between 5.0 and 7.5, and pH value of injectable is between 6.0 and 7.0. The aqueous solution is more stable in air, and the exposure to light decreases the pH value. It is stable to acid and alkali aqueous solutions and metal ions. Characteristics Porloxam 188 is a common polymer pharmaceutical excipients, non-ionic surfactants, with better emulsification ability and safety, because of its ability to stabilise the cell membrane structure due to a variety of reasons for the defects and has received widespread attention.
