Agricultural Grade:

1. Raw material for novel low-toxicity systemic fungicides: It is a core starting material for synthesizing novel fungicides and functional fertilizers such as aluminum tris(ethylphosphonate) (carbendazim/methoxyfenozide), potassium dihydrogen phosphite, and diammonium hydrogen phosphite.

2. "Plant vaccine" for crops: Agricultural-grade phosphite, after precise dilution (or formulation into salt), can be directly sprayed on the leaves. The phosphite ions can be rapidly absorbed and transported by the plant. It can directly stimulate the plant's defense system, secreting phytoalexins, and has excellent preventive and immunizing effects against oomycete diseases (such as citrus canker, grape downy mildew, potato late blight, and crop root rot).

Industrial Grade:

1. Water treatment scale and corrosion inhibitor: It is a key raw material for manufacturing high-efficiency water treatment agents such as aminotrimethylphosphonic acid (ATMP) and hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP), which are non-toxic or low-toxic organophosphorus water treatment agents. It is widely used in the power, chemical, and metallurgical industries for scale and corrosion prevention in circulating cooling water systems, central air conditioning water systems, and boiler water.

2. Electroless Plating and Metal Surface Treatment (Complexing Reducing Agent): In electroless nickel plating processes in industries such as hardware and electronics, phosphorous acid serves as a highly efficient reducing agent and stabilizer. It can precisely control the deposition rate of nickel ions, resulting in an extremely uniform coating thickness, high hardness, and wear resistance.
