Oleamide is a non-ionic surfactant, also known as 9-octadecanoic acid amide or oleamide. It appears as a white powder or sheet at room temperature, is non-toxic, insoluble in water, and soluble in organic solvents such as hot ethanol and ether. Made from refined vegetable oil, it has a special internal and external lubricating effect and is relatively stable to heat, oxygen, and ultraviolet radiation. It has the effects of anti adhesion, smoothness, slip enhancement, leveling, waterproofing, moisture resistance, sedimentation resistance, anti fouling, anti-static, dispersion, etc. It has strong anti adhesion, anti adhesion, anti-static and dispersibility, and no moisture absorption. Mainly used as a lubricant, opening agent, and anti-static agent for high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE) films and their composite films, multi-layer co extruded films, air bubble bags, ultra-thin films, as well as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) calendered films, polypropylene (PP), and cast polypropylene (CPP) films; Lubricants and release agents for resins such as ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyamide (PA), etc; Smooth and anti-static agents for PU surface treatment agents and fiber masterbatch; Anti bonding agents, leveling agents, and smooth brighteners for plastic surface printing (composite) ink and PE thermoplastic dipping powder; Lubricants and dispersants for pigments, pastes, and masterbatch; Functional opening and smooth masterbatch are essential excellent additives, and can also be used as metal protective rib agents and lubricants for polyolefin sheets.

Oleic acid amide is mainly used as a lubricant and anti sticking agent, and can be used for lubrication and film anti sticking of polystyrene, polypropylene, and polyamide to improve the processing performance in injection molding and inspection molding. It also has anti-static effect and reduces the adsorption of dust on the surface of products. It can also be used for polyvinyl chloride plastics and has internal lubrication function. In addition, it is also an important intermediate for manufacturing various textile auxiliaries and surfactants.
