| This product is an aromatic secondary amine type antioxidant. It is used in natural rubber, diene-based synthetic rubber, and chloroprene rubber. It is a general-purpose antioxidant for recycled rubber and is also used in chloroprene latex. It has excellent protection against heat, oxygen, flexing, weathering, fatigue, etc. It has the property of resisting ozone aging in chloroprene rubber and has a certain inhibitory effect on harmful metals. This product is often used in combination with other antioxidants such as AP, DNP, especially 4010 and 4010N. It is easily dispersed in dry rubber and decomposes easily in water. Its solubility in rubber is up to 5%, and it does not flake when the dosage is 3-4 parts. Due to its characteristics of being polluting, migratory, and changing color under sunlight, it is not suitable for white and light-colored products. It is mainly used for manufacturing tires, rubber hoses, rubber tapes, rubber rollers, rubber shoes, underwater cable insulation layers, etc. In the plastic industry, this product can be used as a heat stabilizer for polyethylene. | |||||||||
