Glycerol palmitate is a compound formed by the dehydration condensation reaction between glycerol and palmitic acid, including monohydrate and dihydrate forms. This substance can be synthesized through non-enzymatic dehydration condensation reactions. At a temperature of 90°C, the yield of monopalmitic glycerol is 4.7%. It can also be prepared by protecting the dihydroxy groups with boric acid and then conducting esterification reactions. Enzymatic synthesis uses immobilized Candida pseudotropicalis lipase as the catalyst. The optimal condition is 50°C.
Higher main content and lower impurity levels; batch-to-batch stability; better solubility, particle size, and flowability, facilitating downstream processes.
Quality system advantages:
Certification list - ISO 9001, REACH registration number, FDA, Kosher, Halal; each batch comes with a COA, supporting third-party testing (SGS, etc.); full traceability.
Supply chain advantages:
Own factory/integrated production; annual production capacity is at full capacity, with plans to expand production; some stock is available for immediate delivery; delivery time is clear.
