| Siraitiagrosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffery is a climbing plant of the Cucurbitaceae family. The mature fruit of the rohangan fruit is extremely sweet and mainly contains cucurbitane-type triterpenoid saponins. Among them, mogroside V (rohangan saponin V) is the main sweet component, with a dry weight content of up to 1.6%.
