It can be used as a thickening agent for toothpaste, and can be used in combination with CMC to improve the thixotropy and dispersibility of toothpaste. Magnesium aluminum silicate can also be effectively used in medicines, can control the pouring performance of oral suspensions and emulsions, and helps to obtain uniform-dose products. It can also be used in tablet production. In metal and automotive polishing agents, tile and glass cleaners, it can suspend the abrasive agents and stabilize emulsions.
