Hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) is an important organosilicon compound, most commonly used as a primer layer to increase the adhesion of photoresist to wafer surfaces. It is flammable with a flash point of 6.7°C and is explosive at concentrations of 0.8%-16% in air. HMDS reacts strongly with water, alcohol, and mineral acids to release ammonia (NH3) and form hexamethyldisilazane. In the presence of a catalyst, it reacts with alcohols or phenols to form trimethylalkoxysilanes or trimethylaryloxysilanes. It reacts with anhydrous hydrogen chloride to release NH3 or NH4Cl, forming trimethylchlorosilane.
Higher main content and lower impurity levels; batch-to-batch stability; better solubility, particle size, and flowability, facilitating downstream processes.
Quality system advantages:
Certification list - ISO 9001, REACH registration number, FDA, Kosher, Halal; each batch comes with a COA, supporting third-party testing (SGS, etc.); full traceability.
Supply chain advantages:
Own factory/integrated production; annual production capacity is at full capacity, with plans to expand production; some stock is available for immediate delivery; delivery time is clear.
