Ferrous sulfate monohydrate is a grayish-white to beige powder. It has an astringent taste. It is mainly composed of FeSO4H2O, with a small amount of FeSO44H2O. It is difficult to oxidize and is easier to store than crystalline ferrous sulfate. The aqueous solution is acidic and cloudy, gradually forming a yellowish-brown precipitate. It absorbs water in moist air to form a heptahydrate. It does not lose water when heated to 120°C. Boiling it with water will convert it to a basic sulfate. It dissolves slowly in cold water (26.6 g/100 ml, 20°C), but dissolves rapidly upon heating. It is insoluble in ethanol. It is almost insoluble in 50% sulfuric acid.
Higher main content and lower impurity levels; batch-to-batch stability; better solubility, particle size, and flowability, facilitating downstream processes.
Quality system advantages:
Certification list - ISO 9001, REACH registration number, FDA, Kosher, Halal; each batch comes with a COA, supporting third-party testing (SGS, etc.); full traceability.
Supply chain advantages:
Own factory/integrated production; annual production capacity is at full capacity, with plans to expand production; some stock is available for immediate delivery; delivery time is clear.
