| Food grade chitooligosaccharides, also known as chitooligosaccharides or oligochitooligosaccharides, are a type of low molecular weight product obtained by degrading chitosan through special biological enzyme technology (there are also reports of chemical degradation and microwave degradation technology) with a polymerization degree between 2 and 20. The molecular weight is ≤ 3200Da, and it is a low molecular weight product with good water solubility, high functional effects, and high biological and chemical activity. It has many unique functions such as high solubility that chitosan does not have, complete solubility in water, and easy absorption and utilization by organisms. Its function is 14 times that of chitosan. Food grade chitooligosaccharides are the only positively charged cationic alkaline amino oligosaccharides in nature, and are animal cellulose. | |||||||||
