Ascorbic acid glucoside, also known as VC glucoside, is a derivative of VC with a relative molecular weight of 33 and a melting point of 158.5 to 159.5 ℃. Its scientific name is O-a-D-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbic acid (AA-2G). Due to the poor stability and susceptibility to oxidation of VC, a substitute product for VC, ascorbic acid glucoside, has been derived. It can replace VC as an acidifier, reducing agent, antioxidant, bleaching agent, and stabilizer, and is widely used in cosmetics, food, and medicine.
Higher main content and lower impurity levels; batch-to-batch stability; better solubility, particle size, and flowability, facilitating downstream processes.
Quality system advantages:
Certification list - ISO 9001, REACH registration number, FDA, Kosher, Halal; each batch comes with a COA, supporting third-party testing (SGS, etc.); full traceability.
Supply chain advantages:
Own factory/integrated production; annual production capacity is at full capacity, with plans to expand production; some stock is available for immediate delivery; delivery time is clear.
