Liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate:
1. Binder for monolithic refractories: Widely used in the formulation of refractory castables, refractory ramming mixes, plastics, and refractory mortars. It slowly solidifies at room temperature, but transforms into a network structure of aluminum pyrophosphate and aluminum metaphosphate with extremely high mechanical strength when heated to 500°C–800°C. It maintains extremely high bonding strength even at temperatures above 1000°C and does not soften or collapse at high temperatures.
2. High-temperature furnace linings and emergency repairs: Used for the lining construction and emergency repairs of furnaces in steel smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting, and ceramic kilns (such as high-temperature tunnel kilns, furnace roofs, and nozzles). It can withstand the severe scouring and thermal shock of molten steel and slag, significantly extending the life of the furnace.
3. High-temperature anti-corrosion coatings and special spraying: Used as a base material for various furnace gas erosion resistant and high-temperature oxidation coatings. When sprayed onto the surface of metal or refractory bricks, it forms a hard protective layer to prevent high-temperature oxidation and chemical corrosion.
Solid/Powdered Aluminum Dihydrogen Phosphate:
1. Premixed "Dry Powder" Refractory Materials: It is the core binder for producing bagged, commercially available dry-mix refractory castables, refractory spray coatings, and dry powder refractory mortars. Refractory material plants can directly and uniformly mix and package solid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate powder with corundum and high-alumina aggregates in the factory. On-site construction only requires adding water and mixing according to the ratio for direct application, completely solving the industry pain points of liquid binders such as freezing in winter, inconvenient transportation, and easy sedimentation and caking during storage.
2. Special High-Temperature Ceramic and Mold Adhesive: Used as a high-temperature bonding material in the manufacture of precision casting and aerospace special ceramic molds. It exhibits minimal deformation during high-temperature demolding and sintering.
3. Insulating Coating for Electronic and Electrical Materials: Solid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate has extremely high electrical insulation properties. In the formulation of insulating coatings for precision electrical appliances, high-voltage porcelain components, or high-temperature cables, it serves as an inorganic insulating base material, ensuring that the equipment maintains perfect insulation resistance even at temperatures of several hundred degrees Celsius, preventing leakage and breakdown.
