| ZINC STANNATE (ZTO for short) is a ternary oxide semiconductor material with a room temperature bandgap of 3.6eV. It has the characteristics of high conductivity, fast electron transfer, high chemical sensitivity, low visible light absorption rate and excellent optical properties. ZTO has applications in solar cells, lithium-ion battery anode materials, gas-sensitive materials and photocatalysts.
